During our stay, we faced a serious issue when a substantial amount of money was taken from our room safe. The hotel management refused to take responsibility since there was no sign of tampering, which was very distressing. Additionally, we encountered unhelpful staff who discouraged us from escalating the matter further, leaving us feeling vulnerable and unsupported.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

As a solo traveler, I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and spacious garden view room. The meals at the Ala Carte restaurant were delightful, especially the pizza by the beach! However, the persistent service upselling was bothersome. A little more privacy would elevate the experience.

The hotel's interior was elegantly designed, making it feel like a luxurious retreat. The wide pathways and accessible facilities made it comfortable for me to navigate without any hassle, allowing me to truly relax and enjoy my stay.

Increased variety of evening entertainment options.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the three amazing restaurants, especially the delicious meals at the Oriental place, and my kids loved the water park too! The wellness center has some great massage options, and the beach access made it easy to unwind. One tiny thing was that some drinks weren’t included in the all-inclusive deal, but it didn't dampen our experience at all. 🌊

I truly appreciated how beautifully decorated the hotel was, with its lush gardens and spacious pathways that made it easy for me to navigate. The staff were always attentive, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay for everyone.

More variety in evening entertainment would be welcomed.

Excellent staff, especially Mariam & Botrus at reception. Spacious, clean rooms with air conditioning and a practical layout. Bottled water in the room daily. Impressive food variety, especially at the Italian restaurant. Multiple swimming pools and a great aqua park for the kids, while spa facilities offer a relaxing experience.

Would definitely recommend for a flash visit.

Friendly staff, excellent hospitality, especially from Mr Mohamed at reception and the amazing catering team, made our stay with three young children truly enjoyable.

Everything was as expected.

The stay was relaxing, and our family really appreciated the attentive service at the restaurants, especially with the waitstaff engaging our kids with napkin folding. The beach was clean and well-maintained, making it a fantastic spot for sunbathing. Although there were a few areas needing improvement like the quality of the food in the main restaurant, overall, we found value in our vacation experience.

The cheerful pizza chef made our beach days incredibly enjoyable, and the kids loved the animations at night. The staff's dedication was palpable and made our family feel special.

Though the sales pressure for activities could be overwhelming at times, it was easy to ignore with so much happening around us.

Dining was a highlight, particularly the delicious vegetarian couscous, one of many tasty offerings prepared by attentive chefs.
